About appliance service in Sun Valley

Cooling and electrical safety examples
A past Epic Star job involved a window air conditioner whose plug protection tripped on power-up. The complete protected cord assembly was replaced, and cooling was restored. Epic Star does not currently repair window, through-wall, or PTAC units; it provides replacement and installation instead. A separate example involved a York condenser with a burned contactor that was replaced. Neither example supports bypassing protection, guessing the protection type, or diagnosing a different system without inspection.

No. Stop using the unit. A protective device should not be bypassed or treated as a routine reset; window units are handled through replacement and installation.
