- SMS Messaging Terms: Users can opt-out of the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the short code/number. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time. For help, you can reply HELP to any message.

Epic Star Inc is a small local business that falls below the statutory thresholds of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and is therefore likely not a "covered business" under that law. We nonetheless provide the following disclosure as a best practice and as a courtesy to our California customers.

- Photos you submit (for example, images of the appliance to be repaired)
Purposes for which we use this information:
- To schedule and perform repair and HVAC service.
- To communicate with you about appointments.

Categories of recipients / processors:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Twilio — SMS messaging.
- Firebase / Google — hosting and data infrastructure.
Stripe and Twilio act as service providers under their respective Data Processing Addenda, with no sale or sharing of your personal information, and may act as independent controllers for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
We do not sell or share your personal information.
