Limited Warranty

1. Labor (Workmanship)

We warrant our repair labor (workmanship) for 30 days from the date of service.

2. Parts

Parts we supply are warranted for 90 days. Parts supplied by the customer are not warranted by Epic Star Inc, and we are not responsible for the failure, compatibility, or quality of customer-supplied parts.

3. Exclusions

This warranty excludes issues unrelated to the original repair, pre-existing or concealed conditions, misuse, and failure of components we did not service.

4. How to Make a Claim

To make a claim under this warranty, call us at (213) 205-2055 or email epicstarcor@gmail.com. Have your invoice or work order from the original visit, the appliance brand and model number, and a description of the problem ready — that's what we need to identify the work and the parts involved.

5. Your California Rights

Nothing here limits any non-waivable implied-warranty rights you may have under California law (Song-Beverly Act).
