Payment is due upon completion of service. Any diagnostic or service-call fee is disclosed up front and is non-refundable. Labor that has already been performed is non-refundable. Our workmanship is covered by our Limited Warranty, and full terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Star Inc's total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. Epic Star Inc is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under California law (Cal. Civ. Code §1668).
